How we bid

The same three steps for every commercial RFQ.

Process clarity above all else. The same discipline runs a $25K tenant improvement and a phase of data center electrification.

  1. Step 01

    Site walkthrough

Master electrician on-site to confirm scope, panel/utility coordination, sequencing, and any field unknowns.

  2. Step 02

    Written quote, detailed scope

Line-item pricing. Materials, labor, permits, sequencing windows, exclusions. No verbal estimates on commercial scope.

  3. Step 03

Licensed crew on the timeline you set

Code-compliant install, COI on file, supervisor on-site. Schedule windows respected; deviations flagged before they cost the GC.
